Business Start Up Seminars

Lithgow Perkins and Ellis Bates Group are offering a free 2 hour seminar for all start up or recently started businesses. The seminar focuses on the issues all new business owners should consider including:

•     The different types of business structures available to you
•     The tax and national insurance implications of each business structure
•     What financial planning should be done prior to trading
•     What business records you need to keep and for how long
•     Whether you need to register for VAT and if so how it is calculated
•     Insurance, pensions, life cover

Our next seminars will be held on:
Wednesday 21 March 2012. Registration and coffee is from 2.15pm, the seminar will commence at 2:30.
or Tuesday 24 April 2012. Registration and coffee is from 10.15am, the seminar will commence at 10.30.
